Follow these steps to open a support ticket through your GatesFX Client Portal:

Step 1: Log in to Your Client Portal

Click the link above to log in securely. Inside the portal, you can submit a ticket to speak with a real human support specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Step 2: Access the Ticket Submission Section

At the bottom of your screen, you’ll see your account name.

  • Click your account name to open the menu.

  • Select Ticket, then click Submit Ticket.

Step 3: Complete the New Ticket Form

On the ticket page:

  • Subject Line: Clearly state the issue. Example:

    • “Trouble Opening Trade Account”

    • “Deposit Issues”

  • Description: Provide as many details as possible. Include:

    • Account number(s)

    • Time the issue occurred

    • Relevant trading pairs or transaction IDs

  • Attach Supporting Files: Upload screenshots or photos to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Step 4: Submit Your Ticket

Click Submit to send your request to our support team.

  • We aim to respond within 2 minutes or less.

  • Our specialists will review your account details and investigate the issue thoroughly.

  • Please allow time for investigation. Once resolved, you’ll receive an update through the ticket system.
