How to Use TradingView Charts in TradeLocker

TradeLocker is powered by TradingView, one of the most advanced charting systems in the world. This gives GatesFX traders access to professional-grade charting tools, indicators, and drawing features—all within the TradeLocker app.

Step 1: Open the TradeLocker App

Download and install the TradeLocker desktop or mobile app directly from your GatesFX Client Portal at
https://secure.gatesfx.com/login. After installation, open the app and log in with your GatesFX trading account credentials.

Step 2: Open a Chart

• Tap or click on an instrument from your Watchlist.

• The TradingView-powered chart will load instantly for that instrument.

Step 3: Customize the Chart View

• Change timeframes from 1 second to 1 month.

• Switch between chart types (candlestick, bar, line, etc.).

• Zoom in or out to see more price history or focus on specific levels.

Step 4: Use Drawing Tools

• Tap or click the Drawing Tools icon to access features like:

  • Trendlines

  • Horizontal support/resistance lines

  • Fibonacci retracements

  • Text and shapes for marking up charts

Step 5: Add Indicators

• Tap the Indicators icon (ƒx symbol) to choose from dozens of TradingView indicators:

Step 6: Save Your Chart Layout

• After customizing, save your layout so it loads automatically next time.

• On desktop: Click Layouts → Save Layout.

• On mobile: Tap the Save Layout option in the chart menu.
