This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between GatesFX LTD (“GatesFX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or entity (“Client,” “you”) opening a trading account or using any product, service, or platform provided by GatesFX.
By opening an account, making a deposit, or placing a trade with GatesFX, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies referenced herein.
This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between GatesFX LTD (“GatesFX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or entity (“Client,” “you”) opening a trading account or using any product, service, or platform provided by GatesFX.
By opening an account, making a deposit, or placing a trade with GatesFX, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies referenced herein.

The company provides online trading services in leveraged financial instruments including, but not limited to, Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies, through its proprietary and third-party trading platforms.
All client accounts, trading accounts, and funds are legally and operationally held exclusively with GatesFX LTD in St. Lucia. GatesFX LTD operates as the principal contracting entity for all clients worldwide unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
While GatesFX maintains affiliated entities in other jurisdictions (including Australia, South Africa, and Cyprus) for regulatory licensing and administrative purposes, these affiliates:
Do not hold or manage client accounts or funds.
Do not provide brokerage, custodial, or trading services.
Serve only as regional administrative or compliance representatives.
Accordingly, all client relationships, deposits, withdrawals, and trading operations are governed solely by GatesFX LTD under the laws of St. Lucia.

GatesFX may require additional documentation at any time to verify the Client’s identity, address, or payment method.

Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Ensure sufficient funds to maintain open positions;
Use the platform in good faith and refrain from abusive or manipulative trading practices.
The Client is fully responsible for all trades executed using their login credentials.
The Client agrees to:

Use multiple or fake accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions;
Engage in money laundering, fraud, or identity theft;

Use automated trading systems to manipulate execution or pricing.
Any other activity that GatesFX deems prohibited conduct.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
The Client agrees not to:

Any complaints, disputes, or claims relating to trading accounts, deposits, or withdrawals must be directed solely to GatesFX LTD in St. Lucia.
This clause expressly limits legal and financial liability for all affiliate entities and ensures clear separation of client relationships.

Upon termination, any remaining balance will be refunded to the verified source of deposit, subject to AML review.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice.
GatesFX reserves the right to close or suspend an account immediately if:

Required verification information is withheld.
