Introduction
The GatesFX Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) allows clients to earn points based on qualifying deposits and trading activity, which may be redeemed for physical or digital rewards listed in the Loyalty Store.
The Program is offered as a promotional benefit, not as a contractual entitlement. GatesFX LTD (“GatesFX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all other GatesFX policies.

Clients earn points through both deposits and trading activity:

Points are earned on every USD $1 deposited into a verified trading account.
3.2 Trading Activity
Points are also earned per standard lot traded on eligible instruments.
Eligible instruments: Forex pairs, indices, metals, commodities, and futures.
Ineligible instruments: Cryptocurrencies, U.S. and E.U. Share CFDs, and all “.m” (micro-symbol) instruments.
Example: EUR/USD (Standard, Raw, or Bonus accounts) are eligible, whereas EUR/USD.m is excluded.

To qualify for points, each trade must remain open for a minimum of 60 seconds.

Deposits and traded lots are tracked independently.

Examples of abuse include:
Opening offsetting or correlated positions to inflate volume;
Coordinated trading among clients to trigger redemptions.
The use of EA's (Expert Advisors) or any automated trading systems including but not limited to HFT systems to exploit increased trading volume.
Confirmed abuse will result in Rewards removal, removal of the Loyalty Program from your account, and possible account termination under the Anti-Fraud Policy.

Client accounts are onboarded through GATESFX LTD, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia under Registration No. 2024-00396. By opening an account with GATESFX LTD, you enter into a contractual relationship with GATESFX LTD, which acts as the counterparty to client transactions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable client agreement, clients onboarded through GATESFX LTD contract exclusively with GATESFX LTD and should not interpret the FSCA authorization of GATESFX PTY LTD as extending to, or regulating, their contractual relationship with GATESFX LTD.
