How to Schedule a Call to Discuss Custom IB Compensation and Perks
GatesFX values strong partnerships and offers customized compensation plans, bonuses, and exclusive perks to affiliates, influencers, and IBs who demonstrate exceptional growth potential. If you believe you can bring significant volume or have a large, engaged audience, you can request an introductory call with our Affiliate Management team.
What Is the Purpose of This Call?
This is an introductory consultation, where we:
Review the information you provided in the questionnaire.
Ask additional questions to understand your goals, traffic sources, and audience reach.
Answer any questions you have about our program and opportunities.
Please come prepared to the call to show us traffic metrics, social media performance stats and IB performance stats from your current broker affiliation.
After the call, our Affiliate Management team will review all details and determine whether to proceed with the next step: a follow-up call to present a custom compensation plan and performance-based perks.

Once all information is submitted, you’ll see an availability calendar where you can choose a day and time for your call.
What Happens After the Introductory Call?
Our affiliate managers will evaluate your details and performance potential.
If approved, we will schedule a second call to discuss your custom compensation package, perks, and possible bonuses.
This may include custom payout rates, quarterly bonuses, marketing support, or even monthly retainers.
Important: Performance-Based Structure
All compensation plans, perks, and bonuses are tied to performance milestones. For example:
If a monthly salary is offered, a 60 or 90-day performance goal will be established.
Once that goal is met within the agreed timeframe, the salary or additional perks will be activated.
This ensures fairness, transparency, and alignment with your growth goals.
