• Please come prepared to the call to show us traffic metrics, social media performance stats and IB performance stats from your current broker affiliation.

After the call, our Affiliate Management team will review all details and determine whether to proceed with the next step: a follow-up call to present a custom compensation plan and performance-based perks.

• This may include custom payout rates, quarterly bonuses, marketing support, or even monthly retainers.

Important: Performance-Based Structure

All compensation plans, perks, and bonuses are tied to performance milestones. For example:

• If a monthly salary is offered, a 60 or 90-day performance goal will be established.

• Once that goal is met within the agreed timeframe, the salary or additional perks will be activated.
